EG2026 Full Papers - Instructions for Authors

----------------------------------

General Instructions

Prepare your submission as a PDF file. You can also include other supplementary material in your submission, such as video, but the paper that is to appear in the proceedings must be in PDF.

Submissions to the Eurographics 2026 Full Papers track should follow the standard layout for Eurographics 2026 (Full CGF Papers) publications. A LaTeX2e style file file to generate this layout is available (document class, style file, sample LaTeX2e source, and corresponding submission-PDF and final-PDF output file). More detailed instructions on this can be found below.

The review process will be double-blind, so remember to anonymize your submission! This includes the main paper, and all supplementary materials.

Please also add at least one keyword to your submission using the "Add / Edit Categories" link in SRMv2. These will help in the assignment of your submission to the appropriate IPC members/reviewers.

Finally, please carefully read through the arXiv, prior art, double submission and other policies and instructions available in the Eurographics 2026 Call for Full Papers.

Latex Template Instructions

Please make sure that an image embedded in your paper does not contain transparent pixels (i.e., an alpha channel of a transparent color) because this will lead to problems when the resulting PDF is displayed or printed.

When preparing your submission to the Eurographics 2026 Full Papers track, use the “EGauthorGuidelines-conf-sub.tex” file available in the LaTeX2e template files. If your submission has a teaser, uncomment the “\teaser” block (lines 41-46) in the "EGauthorGuidelines-body-sub.inc" file.

You can find more information about the LaTeX2e template files in the readme document included in the zip file. Please note that “EGauthorGuidelines-conf-fin_with_teaser.tex” is an example for using Biber instead of BibTeX, so attempts to compile with BibTeX will result in errors (for how to include a teaser in your submission, see the instructions above).

Page Limit and Supplementary Material

CGF and Eurographics Conference/Workshop proceedings do not impose strict maximum lengths for submitted papers. However, papers should only be as long as their content would justify. It is recommended that research papers be up to 10 pages (in CGF latex style including all images but excluding references), and survey papers be up to 20 pages (excluding references). Reviewers might rate a submission lower if it is perceived as being unnecessarily long.

Authors are encouraged to use anonymized supplementary documents to provide extra content, which may typically include (but is not limited to):
- Videos that demonstrate a technique, an algorithm, or a system.
- High-resolution images or a large collection of images that cannot be presented in the main body of paper.
- Appendices that may be used to present, for example, background mathematical formulation, detailed description of hardware and experiment settings.
- Raw data and/or processed data.
- Software source code.
Authors should refer to the contents of the supplementary material appropriately in the paper. Reviewers will be encouraged to look at it.

Submission Size Limit

The submission system allows a maximum upload size of 500 MB per submission (i.e., including both the -required- main paper and the -optional- Additional Materials, as well as other associated uploads like the representative image).
