Anonymity
The review process is double-blind (i.e., the reviewers do not know the identity of the authors, and the authors do not know the identity of the reviewers). Please remove all the information that leads to the authors' identity (names, affiliations, contact information, and acknowledgment).
Prepublication
We allow largely overlapping prepublications that are available online at the time of submission (arXiv, technical report, thesis, etc.). Please do NOT cite these prepublications in the submission, as this would break the anonymity.
