Instruction Information

Dear Authors,
Please ensure that your submission strictly complies with the following requirements for the Eurographics 2026 Short Papers track:

Page limit:
Short papers must be strictly limited to 4 pages, INCLUDING all references. Submissions exceeding this limit will be desk rejected. Please ensure you meet this requirement.

Formatting:
Papers must follow the official Eurographics formatting guidelines and use the provided template: https://www.eg.org/wp/eurographics-publications/guidelines/
Supplementary / additional material:
Supplementary material is allowed only as additional files uploaded via the SRMv2 system.
Multiple files may be uploaded.
– Appendices extending the paper should be uploaded as PDF files.
– Videos are allowed; we recommend short videos of 1–2 minutes.
– Other material (e.g., code or data) may be submitted as ZIP files.

Supplementary material may help understanding the paper; however, reviewers are not required to review it, and submissions will be judged solely on the content of the 4-page paper.

Anonymization (mandatory):
The paper and all supplementary material must be fully anonymized and referenced only by the paper ID.

Please carefully review your submission to ensure compliance. Papers that do not follow these guidelines will be desk rejected and will not undergo review.
